One-on-One Cooking Sessions

We'll start by focusing on the foods and flavor profiles you actually like - and then add in cooking techniques to create amazing flavors and texture. All of this takes place in the comfort of your own home - in your pajamas if you so desire! 

A few SESSION OPTIONS include: 

  • Techniques like knife skills, roasting, braising, steaming, sauteeing, etc.

  • Flavor building

  • Main Dishes

  • Sides

  • Dressing, sauces & condiments

  • Snacks

  • Desserts

  • Special dietary needs like Heart Health, Dairy-free, Gluten-free, etc.

OPTION 1: (1-hour session for $75)

OPTION 2: (2-hour session for $175)*

Flexible Meal Plan & Prep session 

  • We co-create together

  • Learn a more simple & flexible way to meal plan

OPTION 3: (6-weeks for $450)*

Cooking Classes & Food Coaching 

  • Three, 30-minute coaching calls 

  • Two, 1-hour Cooking Sessions

  • One, 2-hour Meal Plan & Prep Session
