Serve warm with your favorite non-dairy milk or cold with non-dairy yogurt, nuts, seeds and a drizzle of nut butter. This recipe is so quick and simple to make during your meal prep. Full of fiber, protein, vitamins & minerals - it's a healthy, gluten-free alternative to processed cereals.

Makes about 4 servings
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups quinoa, cooked & cooled
1 cup frozen organic berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or a mixture)
1.5 Tbsp pure maple syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
sprinkle of pink salt, optional
topping options: fresh berries, fresh bananas, dairy-free yogurt, drizzle of nut butter, raw or toasted nuts, flax meal, chia seeds, dash of cinnamon, drizzle of honey
DIRECTIONS:
In a large mixing bowl, gently stir together quinoa, berries, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt (if using) until combined.
Divide mixture into 4 bowls or storage containers. Garnish with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
NOTE: Add a scoop of dairy-free ice cream, coconut whipped topping & dark chocolate shavings for a healthy-ish dessert.
