Spring 2022 Private Cooking Classes
I want to share with you and your family my favorite recipes! Each has been tested, approved and loved by my clients and family :-)
Whether you are looking to add in more veggies to your current meals or are focused on transitioning to a predominantly plant-based diet, these classes are a great place to start! You will learn foundational plant-based cooking techniques and traditional cooking skills so you can prepare delicious healthy food, how and when you want it. This, along with time-saving tips and ways to reduce food waste - you’ll be sharing your new skills and recipes in no time!
Classes include a customized meal plan, grocery list, kitchen tool list & instruction based on your specific needs. Most classes average 2 hours. Cost is $140/class for 1-2 people. (food not included)
→ THE MENU: Create your custom menu by selecting (one) recipe from the Breakfast & Snack list and (one) recipe from the Main Dish list.
→ SCHEDULE YOUR CLASS: Email me to set up a quick call so we can coordinate our schedules for the best day, time and location - either together in your Grand Rapids, MI area home or from anywhere virtually in our own kitchens. This is a great time to ask any questions you may have. After we connect, I will email you the meal plan, with menu, grocery list and additional details so you’re ready to go.

Are you looking to increase culinary skills and have your own recipes? Or do you need help prepping for a party? I am available to help you in your Grand Rapids area kitchen. Cost is $50/hour with a three hour minimum/visit.



Learn how to cut veggies quickly and safely. Raw rainbow veggies make great crunchy toppings for Buddha bowls, salads and wraps. #eattherainbow
Store tender fresh herbs like a bouquet of flowers and loosely cover with a plastic bag. Refrigerate and change water every few days.
