We'll start by focusing on the foods and flavor profiles you actually like - and then add in cooking techniques to create amazing flavors and texture. All of this takes place remotely, in the comfort of your own home - in your pajamas if you so desire! 

A few CLASS OPTIONS include: 

  • Techniques like knife skills, roasting, braising, steaming, sauteeing, etc.

  • Flavor building
