Meal Planning - Learn how to create a meal plan, menu, grocery list and store food properly.
Mix-and-Match Meal Prep Method - Prepare individual meal components to create mix-and-match meals the entire family will love. Perfect for busy homes with different dietary preferences.
BOOK YOUR CLASS
Once we coordinate our schedules, you can choose for us to cook together in your Grand Rapids, MI area home or from anywhere, virtually via Zoom - it's completely up to you! A menu based on your cravings and food preferences will be created. I'll email you the grocery list so you can purchase the ingredients up to 3 days in advance.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Most classes take about two hours. I will show you techniques while you follow along. Ask any questions that arise, it's just us! You will get private coaching, personal tips, and have some fun together while creating a beautiful, nourishing meal!
