This wild blueberry smoothie is a simple, antioxidant-packed breakfast made with frozen berries, spinach, and creamy non-dairy milk. It blends up fast, tastes refreshing and naturally sweet, and can be boosted with your favorite superfood add-ins for extra nutrients. Perfect for busy mornings, post-workout fuel, or an easy plant-forward snack. Vegan, dairy-free, and endlessly customizable.

1 serving
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
¾ cup frozen wild blueberries
¼ cup frozen cherries
½ frozen banana
1 cup spinach, packed (or kale)
1 serving plant-based protein powder (or 3 Tbsp hemp hearts)
1 tablespoon almond butter (or peanut butter)
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
Small piece fresh ginger
Water as needed
Ice (optional)
Superfood Add-Ins, Optional
Fresh turmeric + pinch black pepper [ Anti-inflammatory ]
Spirulina [ Minerals + antioxidants ]
Mushroom powder [ Immune support ]
Açaí or maca powder [ Energy + antioxidants ]
Dates, pitted [ Natural sweetness ]
Method:
Add milk to a blender, then all remaining ingredients.
Blend until smooth, adding water as needed.
Enjoy immediately.
