This delicious smoothie is a great way to consume berries, dark leafy greens and plant-based protein on a regular basis. We've added some additional ingredients like spirulina, ginger and turmeric to boost immunity and reduce inflammation. The sweet fruit and nut butter are perfect at hiding some of the less appealing ingredients, trust me!

1 serving

  • 1 cup plain oat milk

  • ½ cup wild blueberries, frozen

  • ¼ cup frozen organic strawberries (or frozen pineapple)

  • ½ banana, frozen

  • 1 cup organic baby spinach (or kale)

  • ¼-½ inch piece raw ginger, peeled

  • ¼-½ inch piece raw turmeric, peeled

  • ½ tsp spirulina

  • 1 Tbsp nut butter (or seed butter)

  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal

  • 1 serving dried mushroom powder

  • ¼-½ cup water to desired consistency

  • 2 Medjool dates, optional

  1. To a high-speed blender, add all ingredients in the order they appear. Blend until smooth and creamy. Best enjoyed immediately.

Meal Prep Tip: While you have all the ingredients out, make up several bags at a time! Add all the ingredients to single serving size plastic or stash bags except for the oat milk and water. Freeze for up to a month. To make, add the contents of one freezer bag and the oat milk and water. Blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
